Windows Use3 Physiolab Software Support

Please accept the default installation location so that we can configure all future updates to self-extract to the correct location for you.

Windows Physiolab Software Upgrade
This is an upgrade only for Use3 Physiolab. The original Use3 software must be previously installed. To order Use3 software for Windows, please phone us at (888) 550-8300 or email us at mail@jjengineering.com.

This upgrade provides new save settings features and EEG reward timing improvements.

Download 5-25-06 Use 3 Physiolab Upgrade

Click "Save".
When the "Save As" window appears, select a file folder location in the rectangular navigation box with the down arrow. We suggest choosing a "Temp" or "Downloads" folder if you have created one, or "My Documents" if you have not.
Click "Save". A download progress window will appear and notify you when your upgrade download is complete.
Click "Open". Accept the displayed default location and click "Unzip". The file will self-extract and install itself to the correct location.
Click "OK" in the confirmation box. Click "Close".
Your updated Physiolab upgrade is now complete!
In order to hear sounds you will need to select Options, then Various Options on the opening page, then select your sound card in the "MIDI output device" box.
Now select Run Session on the opening page, then Setup. Select COM or USB port depending upon your connection, and 50 or 60 Hz notch filter, depending upon the line frequency in your area.

DOS PDS Software Troubleshooting

J&J DOS Software will NOT work with Windows98 ME except when used with a boot disk. It will work with Windows95, Windows98 or 98SE.

Our Windows software is compatible with Windows98, WindowsNT and Windows2000. It's Plug-and-Play capability makes installation and configuration a snap, avoiding your need to visit this Tech Support page! The good news for I330-C2 owners is that the C2 is compatible with the new software and is upgradable. We are recommending that you install the new Windows software on a computer with a speed of 233MHz or higher to handle the complex spectral display calculations in our advanced new software.
